After two weekends out of town and away from running shoes, Saturday meant a return to longer marathon runs. On the beach

Yesterday I found myself on the beach, and not just yesterday actually. But yesterday the beach had a dream-like inescapability. I was trapped in the vastness.
This surfeit of time gave me an idea: to write a wiki article, and yes, I had the perfect subject: boreout.
