Tea is better than water
I saw this on the BBC today, and thought it was worth a blog post all on its own. Basically it reports a study in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition that says it’s better to drink tea than water, because it has anti-oxidants in it – good against cancer and whatnot – as well as fluoride. What’s more it is an urban myth that tea dehydrates you – because although it may be a diuretic, it’s still liquid stoopid. Gladdens my heart anyway.
